School Administrator & Upper Elementary Educator
Mrs. Frias holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Graduating in 2006.
Mrs. Frias has also served as a Coordinator for Children’s Ministry of Iglesia Libres Para Adorar for the last 10 years in Newport News, VA. She continues to passionately serve the Lord alongside her husband, Pastor Carlos Frias in the well-being of their local church, Iglesia Libres Para Adorar. Both Mrs. Frias and her husband, Carlos Frias are originally from the Dominican Republic.
Mrs. Frias, along with her husband, Carlos Frias, have homeschooled their 3 children in the state of Virginia for 8 years. Using the ABEKA curriculum for the first 2 years and then transitioning to the A.C.E curriculum & program. In early of 2023, Mrs. Frias felt a strong calling from the Lord to launch a Christian academy in their local church, where other families can also benefit from the same Christian education her children have received. Having obeyed the Lord in this calling, has been the most joyful experience, where Mrs. Frias has seen the results of young lives being changed and transformed with the Christian education and love for the Lord.
Early Elementary Educator
Ms. Baca has graduated as a homeschool student in 2022 in the state of Virginia using the A.C.E. curriculum. Ms. Baca has also served faithfully in the Children’s Ministry as an assistant to Mrs. Frias, for the last 8 years in their local church.
Since the opening of Free to Worship Academy, Ms. Baca has been an asset and essential instrument in the development of the academy. She has worked passionately as the kindergarten teacher at Free to Worship Academy serving the Lord and making a difference for Christ in the lives of young children. Ms. Baca has a strong love in serving the Lord and a calling to serve Him with young children.
